Want to know What’s The Icing on the Fat Loss Cake?

So last week we spoke a lot about nutrition and goal setting, but what about the exercise, the icing on the cake!

Firstly, for the quickest and best results you need to be doing some resistance exercise. If you think this is going to be a struggle for you, then start by booking a couple of slots in your diary each week to get active.

When could you fit some exercise in?

If you want to lose weight, have more energy and a toned body that you will love showing off in the summer you must find time for some exercise!

Especially strength-based sessions, using exercises that use several muscle groups such as squats, lunges, press up and bent over rows and some interval training – this is short sharp bursts of energetic exercise with short rest breaks in between.

If you were unsure where to start, booking in to our taster week on Monday or even a few sessions with a reputable personal trainer would be a good investment.

Below is a list of the BABEs Nifty Nine, the nine basic exercises we include in our 28 Day Drop a Dress Size Bootcamps.

If you aren’t at that stage yet then the main thing is to make a start with a small commitment to yourself that you will find ways of being active for 10 minutes 2 or 3 times a day – a walk around the block, an energetic boogie in the kitchen or a game of footie with the kids in the garden.

I just wanted thank those of you who have emailed such lovely comments and feedback, it’s great to know that so many of you are reading and taking action.

You know that adding regular workouts into your plan will accelerate your fat loss and you know what you should be doing for optimal results because

THIS TIME you 100% really are going to make this work – you CAN do it and I know it!

I am looking forward to meeting several of you at our Kick Start taster week next week (Kicks off Monday).

If you want to take action to be sure you WILL achieve your best body this year then we really do only have a couple of spaces left, so head on over to http://surreybootcamps.com/taster and let us help you to make it happen!

Kimbo’s Top Tip

If you struggle to get started with exercise, then you need to use the 3-minute rule

Whatever it is you are doing, including coming to camp, you have to do it for 3 minutes. After that you can stop, but you have to start.

I use it all the time and I never stop! Once the 3 minutes is up I am always feeling good and raring to go as my endorphins have kicked in and my body is in move and energize mode! Try it! You can always stop…
