  4. Sauerkraut… fermented cabbage alive with good bacteria that will help reduce and control inflammation – buy it fresh and unpasteurised though.
  5. Tins of Sardines, Mackerel, Tuna, Salmonhigh in omega 3s – the ultimate good fats fast food.
  6. Unpasteurised Apple Cider Vinegar used for 1000’s of years for health and cleansing – it is said to have numerous health properties…
  7. Liver and Other Offal… the ultimate superfoods – liver is 11x more nutrient dense than cooked veg – eat it a couple of times a week.
