We have a range of different options available for you to choose from, all our weight loss packages include an initial health and postural assessment, nutrition overview and goal setting consultation that takes about an hour and half and ensures that we get you off to a flying start

We are able to train you in a venue of your choice, we love using the great outdoors and combining a workout with your daily dose of vitamin D! Some clients prefer burning fat in the comfort of their own home and others like to hit the gym and enjoy a workout at a private health club in Leatherhead. Whatever you choose your results are our aim.

For those looking for a more intense workout we have 6 & 12 session packs, using kettlebells, boxing and metabolic training to keep you focused and motivated.

If there are a few of you we have team sessions and group training to achieve your goals.

Offering one off consultations to give guidance on nutrition, time management and goal setting you can rest assured that putting your weight loss in our hands is a positive step towards success. We can even help if it is a one off session you are looking for to get you motivated or give you an effective gym program.

Working with a renowned NLP and Hypno therapist who is available to help you make a fresh start we know we can get you there. We discuss your health history and any current ailments to make sure we are giving you the best possible care. Then we look at your current lifestyle to see what changes you can make to the day-to-day stuff.

Nutrition is probably the most important factor in ensuring your success and where most people fail, so nailing your nutrition is top of our action list – remember you want those results and fast!

And last but most certainly not least we discuss your goals and find out what it is you really want, and we mean REALLY want, yes we know you want to lose half a stone, drop a dress size and look fab in your skinny jeans, but what about the part of you that wants to see the jaw on your best mate, ex boyfriend/husband, sister in law whoever, drop when you walk in the room looking fabulous!
